ABOUT ME
My name is Pip Tuppen and I am an experienced psychotherapist working in Tunbridge Wells, offering psychotherapy and counselling for adults.
I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment where you can explore your feelings, thoughts and behaviours.
Working together we will aim to find a way through your difficulties, enhancing your sense of well-being and enabling you to lead a fuller and more satisfying life.

MY EXPERIENCE
I am experienced in working with people who have difficulties with :
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Obsessive behaviours
- Addictions
- Stress and work related problems
- Bereavement and loss
- Issues around relationships and sexuality
- Trauma and abuse
- Concerns around the pre and post natal period
- Acute and chronic physical illness or injury.
I have also worked with adolescents, both in schools and in private practice and am qualified to deliver Mindfulness Courses in secondary schools through The Mindfulness In Schools Project.
LOCATIONS
My psychotherapy practice is on Tunbridge Wells High St - a central location, a short walk from the station. It is within easy reach of Tonbridge, Sevenoaks and the surrounding villages of West Kent and there is plenty of parking nearby.
